Adriano Ieropoli & Samantha Scali
Adriano Ieropoli and Samantha Scali are a professional salsa duo based in Montreal, Canada. They began dancing together at the age of 14 in 2009, teaching locally and performing at various events. In 2015, they founded Novaera Productions, their own dance studio in Montreal, and started competing internationally. That same year, Adriano won his first world title in the same-gender division and has since become a three-time consecutive world champion in the men’s solo division. Together, Adriano and Samantha made history as the first Canadian couple to win a world title in the Professional Salsa On2 division at the 2017 World Salsa Summit, successfully defending their title in 2018 and 2019.
Their talents have also been showcased on television; they were grand finalists in the second season of Québec’s dance competition show “Révolution” and have toured with the show’s live performances. As performers, instructors, and choreographers, they continue to inspire dancers worldwide with their passion and artistry.
Adriano Ieropoli et Samantha Scali sont un duo professionnel de salsa basé à Montréal, au Canada. Ils ont commencé à danser ensemble à l’âge de 14 ans, en 2009, enseignant localement et se produisant lors de divers événements. En 2015, ils ont fondé Novaera Productions, leur propre studio de danse à Montréal, et ont commencé à compétitionner à l’international. La même année, Adriano a remporté son premier titre mondial dans la catégorie mixte et est depuis devenu trois fois champion du monde consécutif dans la catégorie solo masculin. Ensemble, Adriano et Samantha sont entrés dans l’histoire en devenant le premier couple canadien à remporter un titre mondial dans la catégorie professionnelle Salsa On2 au Sommet mondial de la salsa 2017, défendant leur titre avec succès en 2018 et 2019.
Leurs talents ont également été mis en valeur à la télévision : ils ont été grands finalistes de la deuxième saison de l’émission de danse québécoise « Révolution » et ont fait des tournées avec les spectacles de l’émission. En tant qu’interprètes, instructeurs et chorégraphes, ils continuent d’inspirer les danseurs du monde entier avec leur passion et leur talent artistique.
